Refund policy

5 YEAR WARRANTY

This timepiece has been produced using the latest technical methods. Each item is individually tested and has to go through strict quality controls, therefore we warranty this item for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. It is in addition to the statutory rights of the purchaser and will not affect them. This warranty is only valid if full particulars are completed by the retailer at time of purchase and receipt included.

This warranty does not include case/bracelet/strap/lenses/glass or batteries.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect.

This warranty shall be void if the product taken apart or repaired by anyone but ourselves in our own service department.

The defective watch may be replaced with a similar style of equal or greater value.

Muskoka Outdoor Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Please note carefully: Should your timepiece require attention, pack it well (do not return in original packaging) and send with warranty/instruction slip included with your North Trail purchase. As well as $10.00 check or money order (made payable to Muskoka Outdoor Products) to cover return postage, packing, and handling.
